We are currently looking for someone to join our team to provide support in a well-organised office.
Responsibilities will include:
· Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
· Handle requests and queries appropriately

· Take dictation and minutes.
· Source office supplies
· Produce reports, presentations, and briefs.
· Devise and maintain office filing system.
· Act as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for their manager’s attention.
· Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
· booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
· organising events and conferences
· Reminding the managers of important tasks and deadlines
· Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
· Managing databases and filing systems
· Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
· liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients
· Managing Company Petty cash system
· Collating and filing expenses.
· Miscellaneous tasks to support their manager, which will vary according to the needs of the company.
· Handling and Managing company social media platforms.
Requirements & Skills:
· Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
· Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
· MS Office and English proficiency
· Outstanding organisational and time management skills
· Up to date with latest office gadgets and applications
· Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload.
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· Discretion and confidentiality
· NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Business Administration
