Due to a valued member of staff deciding they want to go travelling, a general farm worker position has arisen on our family run farm. We have a herd of 240 cows, being milked 3 times a day in modern facilities, with expansion happening later in 2023/24 to increase to 300. Work would include weekends and evenings on a rota'd basis. Hours would range from 45 to 50 a week. The role would include milking, yard work, livestock work and general farm jobs. There would also be some seasonal field work to get involved with. Experience preferred but also open to training the right candidate. No accommodation or time wasters.
